HAPPY BIRTHDAY "COCA COLA"

"

I'd Like to Buy the World a Coke - 1971"

One hundred and 27 years ago today, in 1886, Dr. John Pemberton of Atlanta came up with the secret formula for Coca-Cole syrup, while cooking over a fire in his backyard.  At first he combined it with straight water, but a drugstore clerk used carbonated water, and that’s how Coke was born. Today, 38 million gallons are consumed on a daily basis.

Coca-Cola has some of the most memoriable TV commercials of all time. Remeber this one from 1971?

AUGUST, 2011

According to Exxtreme Consulting researchers, performing timekeeping tasks through the WorkTech Time & Attendance system is 64% faster than performing timekeeping through the Maximo User Interface.

Somerville, MA, August 04, 2011—Exxtreme Consulting, a leader in Maximo training, implementation, and support services, has released the results of its Time Entry benchmarking study comparing time entry into Maximo through the Maximo User Interface with time entry through WorkTech Time. WorkTech Time, a leading Time and Attendance system by Work Technology Corporation, is fully integrated with versions 4 through 7 of Maximo.

According to Exxtreme Consulting researchers Will Hampton and Deanna Lenz, performing timekeeping tasks through the WorkTech Time & Attendance (http://www.worktech.com/time-and-attendance.html) system is 64% faster than performing timekeeping through the Maximo User Interface. Extrapolating that out for a 1,000 person organization, using WorkTech Time can save an organization more than 283 hours per week - or more than 7 FTEs. WorkTech Time also includes several modules that add further value to a Maximo implementation, including integrated Leave Management, fast time approvals, and integrated crew management.
